- How do I reset my devices?
- Go to your Dashboard and click "Reset Devices" on your license.
- Can I switch from desktop to cloud?
- Yes, you can have both. Desktop licenses are independent from cloud subscriptions.
- How does offline sync work?
- Cloud subscribers: the app works offline using IndexedDB. Changes sync when you reconnect.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to Dashboard > Manage Billing to access the billing portal.
